Keep what works
If participation, repeat behaviour and contribution are healthy, keep the core programme. A focused campaign or clearer measurement may be enough.
Your existing programme is the starting point
There may be plenty worth keeping. We help you see where the guest journey, campaign activity or system connections could work harder for your business.
Find the gaps worth exploring →We start with the outcome you want and the evidence you have. These are possible routes to discuss, not assumptions about what your current provider can or cannot do.

Make joining clearer, help staff explain the benefit, or give new members a useful reason for their second visit.
Explore whether your order, booking, customer and loyalty records can support a reliable follow-up. We check the supported operations and costs first.
If the current setup cannot support the agreed need, compare alternatives and plan a careful transition, including existing balances and guest communications.
A card or points counter is one part of loyalty. Ask who will design the reward, cost it, support staff, run the invitations and decide whether the activity is commercially worthwhile. That is the work we can scope with you.
Our role can combine loyalty planning, implementation, creative materials, campaign support and suitable systems integration. Your proposal should say which of those you are receiving, what it depends on and how we will judge it.
You may already have the right core system. We can look at participation, second visits, relevant follow-up, reward costs and what happens between transactions. If those are working well, a new loyalty platform may not be the useful next step. The gap might be campaign support, reporting or a better connection between the tools you already use.
We start by understanding what works. Depending on the evidence, we may recommend improving the current setup, adding a complementary journey or considering a migration. A migration needs data access, permission, reconciled balances and a plan to honour existing rewards. We do not assume these can be transferred automatically.
We assess supported integrations and, where suitable, a provider’s API, webhooks or MCP tools. Availability alone is not enough: the permitted operations, identity matching, transactions, refunds, access, costs and support need checking. We explain the feasible scope and any manual steps before quoting implementation.
The first test should include a real busy-service workflow. We aim for a clear benefit and as few steps as practical. If staff cannot reliably enrol a guest, validate a purchase and resolve a mistake, we simplify the journey before expanding it.
That is a useful question to answer before launch. We cost rewards at full redemption, include rewards on purchases you would have received anyway, and agree a contribution floor. We can explore recognition, convenience and relevant occasions as well as incentives. A reward is not worth offering simply because more people use it.
A supported digital wallet card can give guests a way to keep their loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet without installing a separate loyalty app. Device support, joining steps, notification permissions and delivery still need to be checked. Wallet installation is not blanket permission for every marketing channel.
We agree the behaviour that matters, a reliable baseline and what counts as a qualifying purchase. Then we review contribution, reward cost, staff adoption and the guest experience alongside participation. More members alone do not establish a profitable programme.
Yes, we can discuss a focused pilot with a clear scope, responsibilities and review point. For a group or franchise, the pilot should represent the systems and operating differences you will need to support. Its timing and fees are agreed before work starts.
You can start with that one question. Take the assessment or bring your current setup to a conversation. We’ll explore whether there is a useful piece of work to do together.
