Does it take long to setup a rewards program?
Not long at all! If you already have an idea of what you’d like to offer as a reward, it can take between 5 - 15 minutes to set up, design and publish a Digital Reward Card program. We shall send you a laminated card to use for promotion on your website, newsletter and social media platforms.
How Does The Free Trial Work?
No Card Needed! You have 14 days to fully test the platform without any restrictions. So sign up to add a solid revenue stream into your business.
How Are Payments Processed?
We use a platform called Stripe to process your credit card payments who provide bank-grade transaction security so rest assured as your information isn't stored or accessible and kept safe.
Are there any Other Setup Costs?
Absolutely No! You're good to set up your loyalty & rewards offer all by yourself however we understand not all clients have the know-how or the time to do it so we offer an optional expert set up package @ £100 for configuring your offer, automations etc.
Is there a Contract Agreement?
No. We do not believe in the concept of lock-in agreements and our monthly plans can be cancelled any time.
Can I change Or Cancel My Plan At Any Time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your loyalty and reward program at any time and the changes will be applied immediately. If you cancel a monthly plan, your most recent payment will have been your last and your membership will stay active until the end of the month its paid for.
